Central MN Mental Health Center To Start A New Transitions Group In Monticello

This group is designed for adults with long standing mental health difficulties who lack support in their personal lives. The group will encourage clients to make connections with other group members, to share resources, and support.
This will be an open enrollment, open ended group. In other words, members can be added anytime as long as there is an opening and can continue in the group as long as they benefit.
The group will meet once a week at 10:30am to noon at the Monticello office of Central MN Mental Health Center located at: 407 Washington Street, Monticello, MN 55362.
