New Class From Catholic Charities: Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshop

Catholic Charities is starting a new class for adults age 60+ who are living with a chronic condition.

Living Well with Chronic Conditions

This class will meet weekly for 6 weeks and each class is 2.5 hours. The class will be led by two certified trainers and the classes will be very interactive (not lecture-based).

Topics include: techniques to deal with symptoms and conditions such as depression, anxiety, pain, fatigue, isolation, frustration, hypertension, arthritis, etc.

A part of the program utilizes exercises that will maintain and improve flexibility, strength and endurance and also addresses nutrition, stress management, and much more.
