CMMHC’s Mental Health Open House

Central MN Mental Health Center is hosting an Open House in its Buffalo Office on Wednesday, May 17th to celebrate Mental Health Month. Come learn about the diverse services that CMMHC has to offer, meet our providers, enjoy snacks, games, prizes, learn mindfulness strategies, and ask any questions that you may not have had the chance to ask before. We’ll blood pressure checks available, wellness coaches, and employment resources.
