May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

May 1, 2019

Mental Health America (MHA) – founded in 1909 – is the nation's leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and to promoting the overall mental health of all Americans.

Each year, MHA creates a toolkit for the month of May to celebrate and bring awareness to mental health. This year the theme is 4Mind4Body.

Through-out this month, we'll be sharing information from MHA's toolkit to help provide information to promote and increase one's mental well-being. To kick off the month, below is a link to a calendar that will provide you with a daily task that can help to increase your mental well-being.
