Mental Well-Being: Self-Care and Avoiding Burnout

For this month’s article, CAMHI’s Anti-Stigma group wanted to focus on self-care and avoiding burnout. While researching these topics, we found a wonderful article full of self-care ideas in seven different categories, including emotional, mental, physical and more.

Because our group doesn’t want to “reinvent the wheel” as they say, we decided to share the article with you all. The link can be found below.

In total, the article provides over 270 self-care ideas and activities. While it’s important to point out that not all ideas are appropriate for everyone and may not work for everyone, we do believe that the list will be able to give everyone at least one new idea on ways to take care of themselves. Remember! It’s hard to care for others if you don’t also take care of yourself.
