Request for Proposals for Agency Renovations/Updates and Purchase Technology

March 21, 2023

The CommUNITY Adult Mental Health Initiative (CAMHI) has received a grant that is intended to enhance, strengthen, and expand by helping to build the infrastructure of the Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) and/or other mental health rehabilitate service providers in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns and Wright Counties who serve individuals who have a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) diagnosis.

CAMHI is seeking proposals from agencies under two funding options:

  1. Technology: Funds will help to enhance, expand, and strengthen our home and community-based setting services and/or other mental health rehabilitative services in our region by allowing mental health providers to have technology that will allow them to reach clients & connect them with telemedicine & other mental health services.
  2. Renovation/Updates: Funds will help to enhance, expand, and strengthen our home and community-based setting services and/or other mental health rehabilitative services in our region by allowing them to update their spaces to better accommodate the needs of those they serve.

Agencies may apply for one or both of the funding options. Please see RFP's below for details, proposals requirements, and deadlines.
